Lili Tran has been living out her passion for human resources and operations for over 25 years, having served in both the private and public sectors. Her career spans a multitude of industries, including city and county government, public health, public safety, technology, media, home healthcare and community corrections. Lili joined ComCor Inc. in November 2017 as the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for providing the leadership, management oversight and guidance necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. She assumed Chief of Staff duties in June 2018 to provide strategic leadership of ComCor’s initiatives.
Lili holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and an MBA in leadership and HR management, both from the University of Colorado. She is also a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute, and an Executive Certified Professional through the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR SCP). She has received numerous commendations for her innovative HR, strategic planning and leadership work. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Colorado Springs Human Resources Association (where she also served as president, vice president and membership director); Colorado Springs Society for Human Resources Management; national Society for Human Resources Management; International Public Management Association for Human Resources; El Pomar Foundation’s Asian Advisory Council-Emerging Leader Program; Multi-Cultural Youth Leadership Initiative; LDS Businesspersons Groups of Colorado Springs, South Denver and North Denver; and Springs Masterminds Group.
Lili resides in Colorado Springs, CO, with her son, Christian, and furry baby, Tanner. She was born in Saigon, Vietnam, raised in Colorado, and loves to mentor others, read, camp, hike, travel and play Bingo.
