ComCor’s Condition of Parole program provides correctional and treatment services for parolees under the supervision of the Colorado State Board of Parole who, as a condition of their release, have been referred to a community corrections placement prior to the expiration of their sentence or who have violated the terms of their parole and have been regressed to a community corrections placement in lieu of going back to prison. These individuals are under the jurisdiction of the Colorado State Board of Parole, the Colorado Department of Corrections, Division of Adult Parole, Community Corrections and Youthful Offender System, and the El Paso County Community Corrections Board. |

ComCor’s Diversion program provides correctional and treatment services for individuals convicted of a felony who are sentenced by the courts to serve a community corrections sentence instead of a prison sentence pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 17-27-104. These individuals are under the jurisdiction of the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of Criminal Justice, Colorado Judicial Department, Division of Probation, and the El Paso County Community Corrections Board. |

ComCor’s Diversion facility provides correctional and treatment services for Federal Bureau of Prisons offenders pursuant to the guidelines established in the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Statement of Work and related BOP policy statements for community corrections centers. These individuals are under the jurisdiction of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The facility also provides correctional and treatment services for individuals under the supervision of the United States Probation Office (USPO). ComCor’s federal program complies with all applicable American Correctional Association “Adult Community Residential Standards,” as revised. |

| ComCor’s Transition program provides correctional and treatment services for Colorado Department of Corrections inmates who have served a prison sentence and then been placed in a community corrections program prior to being placed on parole by the State Board of Parole or being released from custody. These individuals are under the jurisdiction of the Colorado Department of Corrections, Division of Adult Parole, Community Corrections and Youthful Offender System, and the El Paso County Community Corrections Board. |

ComCor’s Work Release program is operated under a contract with the Colorado Springs Municipal Court and through contracts with individual clients to provide and opportunity for a limited number of these offenders to serve traditional work release sentences at ComCor facilities. |
