February 2008 - ComCor Selected for a Microsoft "Customer Solution Case Study"
In November 2007, ComCor, Inc. participated in the Microsoft early technology adoption program. With the help of Network Communication Group, ComCor's IT Department implemented Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services and was selected as a Microsoft "Customer Solution Case Study". October 2007 - November ComCor Community Correction Center Open Houses
On November 8th and 9th, The Community Correction Center Pueblo will host an open house. Click on this link for complete information Pueblo Open House.
On November 15th and 16th, The Community Corrections Center will host an informational session to showcase the Alternatives to Incarceration programs. Criminal Justice professionals from all over the state of Colorado are invited to learn about new and innovative technologies, ask questions and eat! May 2007 - Non-Custodial Work Release Program
ComCor, Inc. contracted with El Paso County and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, from 1984 until December 31, 2006, to provide residential housing for offenders serving a work release sentence in El Paso County. ComCor has provided residential housing for as few as 25 per day in 1984 to as many as 286, on November 20, 1999. |

February 2007 - Closing of a ComCor Residential Facility
In December, 2006, ComCor, Inc. finalized the sale of the residential facility, 5250 N. Nevada Ave, and office facility, 5260 N. Nevada Ave. The sale of the two facilities was the result of Urban Renewal and Revitalization of the North Nevada Ave. Corridor |

December 2006 - ComCor El Paso County Work Release Closes
On December 31, 2006 the County Work Release contract held by ComCor, Inc. was terminated by the El Paso County Commissioners. This was a portion of the service cut - back proposed by the Sheriff’s office. The reduction in services was part of a broader cost savings plan submitted to the El Paso County Commissioners. The cost of services provided by ComCor, Inc. had not been raised in ten years. |

The annual company picnic was held at the June 16 Sky Sox baseball game. The evening started off beautifully with warm weather and some billowy clouds.
